The staff was helpful they allowed early access to my room. My room had two heaters it ensured I was comfortable. The sea view from my room added a special touch to my stay

The location was great. The tram and bus stops were nearby, offering easy access to various attractions. The bed was so comfortable. I slept soundly each night. The shower worked perfectly with great water pressure. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful.
The corridor carpets showed some wear.

i found the hotel's location very convenient, just opposite the north pier beach. tram stops were also nearby. the town centre was only a short walk away, a real plus. the staff were friendly, and the beds provided a comfortable sleep.
hot water in the bathroom took a long time to heat up.

the hotel has a great central location! the staff was very professional and polite. the room included two heaters and thick curtains that kept the draft out, i also liked the seaside picture on the wall. the beds were comfortable and clean.
the breakfast was disappointing. there were limited options available. i ended up buying something for my daughter because she wouldn't have anything on the option.
